I map how work actually moves through a team, then build the data, automation and AI that make it faster. BPMN and BRDs on one side; n8n, Python and Power BI on the other.
Six case studies, each with the artifacts to open.
Facility management, Saudi real estate, community programs, EdTech and computer vision. Each case links to the real prototypes, diagrams and dashboards. Client names are removed.
Facility requests → management decisions
A WhatsApp + n8n intake that turns every resident request into a ticket, then turns the tickets into procurement, insurance and vendor decisions.

Paper forms → validated digital registration
Mapped a paper-and-photo registration process for ~200 students, found five bottlenecks, and delivered an approved BRD, an Arabic mobile mockup and a phased roadmap.

Investor ROI calculator → qualified leads
A live, Arabic-first tool that shows net yield, payback and 5-year return across three unit types, calibrated for RETT and the Riyadh rent freeze, and hands sales a qualified lead.

EdTech venture, strategy to Power BI
A full BA cycle for a programming academy for ages 9–17. The pilot dashboard showed that 38% of booked revenue was never collected, which moved the priority from acquisition to leakage.

A productized digital offer for local businesses
One link per business: a proposed website built around the WhatsApp enquiry, a Google presence audit against nearby competitors, social designs and a WhatsApp assistant. Presented to three owners.

Computer vision classroom attendance
Students are recorded once, by face, as they walk in: Haar Cascade detection and LBPH recognition on a Raspberry Pi, per-subject logs in Excel, designed for the hall's existing camera.

- Process redesign

From the first interview to a number that moved.
The same five stages run through the case studies above. The order matters: nothing gets built before the As-Is is mapped and the requirements are agreed.
Frame the real problem
Sponsor goals, the people involved, the data that already exists. Output: a problem statement and a charter.
Draw the As-Is
BPMN lanes, hand-offs and bottlenecks, plus a power/interest map of who must be on board.
Agree what to build
Functional and non-functional requirements, MoSCoW, user stories with acceptance criteria, BRD and traceability.
Prototype and automate
Working prototypes, n8n and Apps Script flows, Python and Power BI. AI goes where it removes manual work.
What I work with.

I'm an engineer working as a business analyst. I like the moment a messy process becomes a clear diagram, and the moment after, when the diagram becomes a tool people actually use.
